大采高综放工作面支架适应性评价

摘要: 针对酸刺沟煤矿6上105-2大采高综放面初采期间顶板来压强烈、支架损坏严重等问题,采取了调高安全阀开启压力和采空区留条形间隔煤垛等措施。基于此,对工作面支架工作阻力和矿压显现进行实时观测,通过理论计算及实测分析,得到了工作面顶板结构模型和实测矿压规律|并从支架工作阻力、控顶效果、支护效果及支架工作位态等4个方面验证了支架具有良好适应性,能够满足顶板控制要求。

Abstract: In engineering background of Suan Cigou coal mine, this project firstly examines the strata behavior regularity in aspect of strong strata behaviors and large mining height fully mechanized caving face which has already heightened opening pressure of safety valve and has taken the measurement of goaf strip interbal coal wall, and then analyzes stent adaptability. Specifically, this project initially monitors the working face in perspective of working resistance of support and strata behavior. Through the theoretical calculation and actual measurement analysis, the roof structure model of working face and the measured strata behavior regularity could be subsequently obtained. At last, from the aspects of working resistance of support, roof control result, roof control and support working state, this project verifies stent has well adaptability, which could satisfy the requirement of roof control.
